Spain-Belgium joint stamp "150 Years of the Red Cross" on cover from Spain

Like many other postal administrations (Germany, Hong Kong, Serbia, Lithuania, Indonesia, Malta, Mauritius, France, Austria, Monaco...), the two posts of Spain and Belgium also commemorated in 2013 the 150th anniversary of the creation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) by issuing on October 28, 2013, a joint stamp.
It is rather a parallel issue since the two stamps are different (stamp issued in sheet of 5 stamps in Belgium) and the Belgian stamp does not mention that it is a joint issue with Spain...
The Spanish stamp (€ 0.90, print run : 280,000) was printed in a sheet composed of 6 stamps + 1 square central label representing the portrait of Henry Dunant surrounded by a heart-shaped perforation.

It is that Spanish stamp that was used to the right on the postage of this letter above (probably sent from Madrid), without any cancellation. Thank you very much Luis!
As a reminder, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) was established in 1863 (making it the oldest existing humanitarian organization) under the leadership of Henry Dunant (Nobel Peace Prize in 1901) and Gustave Moynier among others.
Three times Nobel Peace Prize, ICRC is an impartial, neutral and independent organization with an exclusively humanitarian mission to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence and to provide them assistance.
Luis used a second stamp (€ 0.60), being part of a souvenir sheet composed of 6 stamps (print run : 500,000 sheets), issued on September 2, 2008, dedicated to different lighthouses in the country, the lighthouse of "Cabo Silleiro" (inaugurated in 1866, rebuilt in 1924) located in the town of Oia (Galicia) here.
