To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Polish-German Youth Office ("Deutsch-Polnische Jugendwerk" in German, "Polsko-Niemiecka Współpraca Młodzieży" in Polish), the postal administrations of the two countries have put into circulation on June 2, 2016, a special joint stamp.
Probably inspired by the Franco-German Youth Office, created in 1963, this Polish-German Youth Office is an organization serving the German-Polish cooperation with the mission to foster relationships between young people of both countries, enhance their understanding and improve the vision of the neighboring country, deteriorated in particular after the 2nd World War.

Since its creation on June 17, 1991, the German-Polish Youth Office has supported more than 70,000 projects involving about 2.7 million German and Polish young people.
I was lucky to receive the two letters above and below, respectively franked with the Polish and German versions of this joint stamp.
Thank you very much Kazimierz and Lars for these two covers sent on June 20, 2016 from Tarnobrzeg and Hamburg !
That stamp was designed by Polish illustrator Maciej Jędrysik, with a bit confusing graphic style in my opinion, featuring two letters bearing the colors of the flags of the two countries, specific to German ("Ä") and Polish ("Ą" or A ogonek) alphabets.

These two stamps also include the mentions "25 years of Polish-German Youth Office" in German and Polish.
To note the (rather inconspicuous) mention of the country "Deutschland 2016" on the German stamp above (€ 0.90) printed in sheetlet of 10 stamps as usual.
The Polish stamp (2,50 zł, print run : 180,000) was printed in sheetlet of 9 stamps, with the mention "25-lecie Polsko-Niemieckiej Współpracy Młodzieży" in the top margin (visible on the letter from Poland above).
