PAP "Lettre Verte" hors commerce

A short post to share with you this Prepaid Cover specially issued by La Poste to send its Best Wishes in 2012.
Thank you to Phil@poste for this interesting philatelic piece :-)
This cover, printed only for La Poste and not offered to the public, is franked with the definitive stamp "Green Letter" up to 20g.
As a reminder, the French Post has issued on October 1, 2011, a new set of four "Green Letter" Marianne valid for shipments to France in 48 hours, more environmentally friendly, not requiring to take the plane (except to Corsica and Overseas territories)...

So I was disturbed to read on the back side of this cover that it was valid throughout the world for a letter up to 20g ??
How to respect the "green" use of that "Green Letter" Marianne when used for a shipment to foreign countries (and thus sent by plane in most cases) ??
To note also the words "Bonne année 2012" ("Happy New Year 2012" in French) on this enveloppe and the special postmark from January 1, 2012 (already mentioned on this blog) evoking the 60th anniversary of the Philatelic Association "Philapostel".

I was lucky to receive this same special prepaid cover previously. Thank you very much Stéphane :-)
This enveloppe contained the greeting card from La Poste above with an interesting pun around the word "Voeux" ("Wish" in French) that is pronounced like the other word "veux" ("want" in French) => "En 2012, je voeux plus..." ("In 2012, I wish more...").
To note that this card was designed in partnership with "ATD Fourth World", a movement which aims towards exclusion and extreme poverty.
